Customer Communication Analyst, UK & Ireland
Hitesh is responsible for managing and sending all operational communications, keeping customers fully informed of maintenance and upgrades works within the data centres and our service portfolio. He also assists customers in resolving any operational issues and helps manage their direct relationships with TelecityGroup.

Technical team leader, Italy
As technical team leader, Marco manages information technology (IT) in our Milan data centres, including all the services we provide for our customers, such as IP networking and firewalls.

Leroy is a computer consultant who focuses on designing applications and looking after the internal network.

Senior network engineer, the Netherlands
As a senior network engineer, it’s Robert’s responsibility to know everything that’s going on in the data centre. He leads a team of seven engineers who work in shift patterns and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

As sales manager Jurgen’s role starts at customer acquisition. But because 40% of all project management comes through sales, his role is far wider than a basic sales job.
